Breathing with a Pinwheel
Try the Pinwheel Breathing activity. Make one for yourself and then for someone at home.
Controlled breathing, like what you practice with the Pinwheel, has been shown to reduce stress, increase alertness and boost your immune system.
As you focus on your breath your thoughts settle down and your mind becomes calm and clear.
