Grade 8 students in Isabella DeFalco’s Home and Careers class at New Paltz Middle School took on the ultimate foodie challenge: The Food Truck Face Off! 

 

These budding entrepreneurs showcased their creativity by designing their very own food truck businesses. From mouth-watering culinary creations to impressive business plans and eye-catching marketing materials, they pulled out all the stops.

 

Our amazing teachers and administrators stepped in as judges, evaluating each team's presentation based on professionalism, creativity, and of course, the overall YUM factor! 

 

Huge kudos to all the students for their hard work and innovative ideas. You all knocked it out of the park!
