Students from Laurene Pountain’s drawing and painting classes embarked on an inspiring field trip to the Olana State Historic Site in Hudson, NY recently. The students enjoyed an enlightening house tour, delving into the rich history of the Hudson River School. Afterward, they embraced their creativity and painted “en plein air” (open air), capturing the stunning landscapes that once inspired the greats.
