    I, the parent/guardian of _______________________________________ give permission for my respective student/son/daughter to watch various French/target language (Spanish, Italian, German...) films with the N.P.H.S. World Language Club for the monthly film nights at New Paltz High School.  I acknowledge and understand that some of these films may be rated “R” for language, sexual content, violence, and other reasons and hereby give permission for my respective student to take part in this World Language Club activity.
