Directions to Away Meets
Cornwall

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). Follow signs to Rt. 17K and make a right at light onto Rt. 17K West and then an immediate left at the next light onto Rt. 300 South. Stay on Rt. 300 South to the "Five Corner Intersection" in Vails Gate (approximately 4 miles). At the intersection make a right onto Rt. 94 West. Take Rt. 94 West and the entrance to the school- Dragon Lane- is on the left as you climb the hill (about a mile or so).
Marlboro

Take Rt. 9W South going towards the Mid-Hudson Bridge. At the Mid-Hudson Bridge sign, go straight on Rt. 9W South for 7.3 miles. Make a right hand turn onto Western Avenue. Go straight on Western Avenue for 1 mile. High School is on your left.
Middletown

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17. Follow signs to Rt. 84 West. Take Rt. 84 West to Rt. 17 (Exit 4W). Take Exit 120 off Rt. 17. Make a left onto Rt. 211 at light. Make a left onto Carpenter Avenue (at Jiffy Lube). At blinking yellow light, make a right into school.
Take the NYS Thruway to exit 17, then take exit 84 west. From Route 84 take Exit 3W to route 17M to Middletown. From Route 17M turn left on Route 6. Follow Route 6 for four miles through Slate Hill. The Minisink Valley CSD is just past Slate Hill on your left.
Monroe Woodbury

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 16 (Harriman). Take first exit and bear left to go to Rt. 32 (if you bear right, you will go to Woodbury Commons). At light, go straight across Rt. 32 and you will be on Nininger Road. Go 5/10 mile and make a right onto Dunderburg Road. The school is on your right.
Newburgh Free Academy

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). Follow signs and get on Rt. 84 East. Take exit for Rt. 9W South. At stoplight, make a right onto Rt. 9W South for 7/10 mile to South Street. Make a right onto South Street. The school is on your right at the corner of South and Fullerton. EntNiskayuna High School
From the New York State Thruway
Take exit 25 (Schenectady) from I-90 (NYS Thruway). Continue on 890 West, approximately 2 miles. Take exit 7 for Route 7 East (toward Troy). Approximately 2 miles further, turn left onto Route 146. (Route 146 is also called Balltown Road at this intersection.) About 1.5 miles further, Niskayuna High School is on the right. The entrance is at a traffic light.
O'Neill (At West Point)

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). Follow signs for Rt. 17K. Make a left onto Rt. 17K East (Broadway). Take Rt. 17K through Newburgh to Rt. 9W South (approximately 10 lights). Remain on Rt. 9W South to exit for West Point & Highland Falls. follow signs to West Point. You will be entering the complex at Stony Lonesome Gate with a left-hand turn. Stay on this road for 1.8 miles to Mill Road (Mikey Stadium on left & Hollender Arena on right). Make a left onto Mill Road and follow signs for Arvin Gym. Make a right into parking lot on the side. Enter pool through front entrance.
Pine Bush

Take Rt. 209 South to Ellenville. In the center of Ellenville, turn left onto Rt. 52. Take Rt. 52 for approximately 12 miles to Pine Bush. Just as you enter Pine Bush, there is a traffic light. Make a right at this intersection and proceed a short way to the school on your right hand side.

Take Rt. 32 South to Rt. 208 south to Walden and then take Rt. 52 West to Pine Bush. In Pine Bush, turn left onto Rt. 302 South. School is on Rt. 302 on the right hand side.
Valley Central

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). Take Rt. 84 West to Exit 5. Turn right onto Rt. 208 North to intersection with Rt. 17K. At light and Citgo station, make left (West) onto Rt. 17K for approximately 1 mile. The school is on your left and the pool is in the middle of the complex.
Warwick

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). Follow signs for Rt. 84. Take Rt. 84 West to Exit 4E (you will be on Rt. 17 East). Take 17 East to Exit 124. Bear left coming off the Exit ramp and at light make a left onto Rt 17A South (to Florida). In Florida, Rt. 17A merges with Rt. 94 West. Continue on Rt. 17A South to Warwick (5.8 miles). At 2nd stop light, turn right onto West Street. Go straight on West Street though the village. The Middle School and High School will be on the left (approximately 1.7 miles). Go past the Middle School, through a 90-degree turn. Go in last High School Entrance. Parking is on the left.
Washingtonville

Take N.Y. State Thruway South to Exit 17 (Newburgh). Follow signs to Rt. 17K and make a right at light onto Rt. 17K West and then an immediate left at the next light onto Rt. 300 South. Stay on Rt. 300 South to the "Five Corner Intersection" in Vails Gate (approximately 4 miles). At the intersection make a right onto Rt. 94 West. Take Rt. 94 West into Washingtonville (approximately 6 miles). Go through town approximately 1 mile. The school is on your right.

NYS Thruway South approximately 70 miles
Turn right on ramp at sign reading Exit 13S Palisades Parkway South to New Jersey. Travel Southeast for 0.4 miles. Turn right and go South 18.2 miles.
Bear right on ramp at sign reading "Hudson Ter." and go Southwest for 0.9 miles.
Bear right on I-95 and go East for 6.6 miles. Continue on I-295 and go Southeast for 4.4 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading "Cross Island Pkwy to Eastern LI" and go East for 0.5 miles. Continue on Cross Island Parkway and go Southeast for 3.6 miles.
Bear right on ramp at sign reading "Exit 30 I-495 LI Expwy to Eastern LI" and go West for 7 miles.
Take ramp at sign reading "Exit 38 Northern Pkwy East to Meadowbrook Pkwy" and go Southeast for 0.5 miles.
Continue on ramp at sign reading "Exit 3` A Meadowbrook Parkway to Jones Beach" and go Southeast for 0.6 miles.
Continue on Senator Norman J. Levy Memorial Pkwy, Meadowbrook Pky, Meadowbrook State Pkwy and go Southeast for 3.3 miles.
Bear right on Rt 24, Hemstead Tpke, Bethpage Tpke, Hemstead-Bethpage Tpke and go East for 0.2 miles.

Driving Directions from Airport and Thruway coming from the East:Take 33 to Downtown Buffalo and exit on Oak St. Take Oak St. to South Division. Turn left on South division and Athletic center is on corner of Oak and S. Division.

FROM THE SOUTH: Take Route 17 to Exit 64. Turn left and go up over viaduct towards bridge - go across bridge to light and continue straight on the righthad side of Courthouse and stay in right lane. Turn right at light onto Main St and then a quick left onto North Ave/Rte 96. Remain on 96N for four lights. After the first two lights you will go under a railroad underpass. After the fourth light turn left onto George St.. Turn right into Sheldon Guile Blvd (school driveway) and continue 1/2 mile to parking lot.FROM THE NORTH: Take Route 38S or 96S into Owego. Turn right onto George Street at the sign for the Owego Free Academy. Take the first right onto the Owego Free Academy Campus.
