New Paltz Middle School

My name is Eric Savelson and I live in New Paltz, NY with my family.

I have been teaching in New Paltz for close to 20 years. This will be my 4th year teaching grade 6 ELA, and my 3rd year teaching grade 6 Science.

In addition to my love of writing (and reading other people's writing) I am a big fan of the outdoors and enjoy rock climbing, biking and swimming. My two daughters, friends and dogs Louie & Romeo help get me outdoors for adventures on a regular basis.
