Additional Information

  • For events DURING SCHOOL in the High School Auditorium:  If you are in need of sound, lights, or the laptop/projector cart , you must submit a Technology Help Ticket. Please be sure you have consulted with all presenters for your event to determine their needs (i.e sound from the laptop, wifi access for a non-district employee, etc). 
     

    NOTE:

    • If schools are closed for a holiday or emergency / weather closing, all events on that day will be canceled.

    • School district related activities and events receive priority for scheduling.
